€94.00 per night for a whole unit, not per person, VAT included. Final cleaning is charged once per stay: €25.00 for an apartment, €45.00 for the villa. There is no booking fee and no service charge. The total is shown before you pay.

The whole unit with all its bedrooms, air conditioning, the full kitchen, wifi, solar power, private parking, the rooftop with the pool, and staff on site. Final cleaning is a separate one-off charge. Food, drinks, a private chef, cars and excursions are extra and arranged with us.

Arrival from 14:00, departure by 11:00. Night arrivals are possible — tell us your flight number when you book and someone will be there. Earlier arrival or a later departure is usually fine if the unit is free that day; just ask.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; after that a share of the accommodation price becomes due, rising the closer you get. The full ladder is in our Terms. Rebooking to other dates is possible up to 30 days before arrival. For accommodation on a fixed date there is no statutory right of withdrawal, so these terms are what applies.

About 85 km, which is one and a half to two hours by road. We run the transfer ourselves — the airport shuttle is a van with a driver and seats eight. Central Limbe and Down Beach are about 8 km away, the botanic garden about 10 km, and the sea about 800 m in a straight line.

Yes. The residence has its own solar system, so light, air conditioning and internet do not depend on the public grid. Water is filtered on site. There are security cameras and staff around the clock.

Yes, both. A saloon, a Land Rover and an eight-seat shuttle with a driver, from about 20 EUR a day. You can add a car to your booking on this page and pay for it together with the stay. Fuel and a driver for the two self-drive cars are arranged separately.

Children, certainly — the apartments have family rooms and the villa has three bedrooms. Pets are allowed; please tell us what you are bringing in the booking notes so the right unit is prepared.

Yes, and for those two we send you a quote rather than a fixed nightly rate, because the price depends on the occasion, the number of guests and what you need on the day. The whole house is 7 bedrooms for up to 14 guests with nobody else on the property. Use the form on this page and you will hear back from us.

No. It is a private house in Limbola with 3 separate units, each let whole: the villa across the upper levels and two self-contained apartments on the ground floor. There is no reception and no restaurant, but there is staff on site, a rooftop pool and a kitchen you can actually cook in.
